Thomas Schäfer

Thomas holds a PhD in Microbiology, Physiology and Biochemistry, and has a strong background within industrial biotech innovation and leadership from his experience in Novozymes and Chr. Hansen

Peter Heegaard

Peter holds a PhD in biochemistry and protein chemistry and is Professor and Group Leader at the Technical University of Denmark. Through Peters expertise in the field of innate immunology, he will support us with insights as to how we may optimize our techniques for isolating proteins that possess bioactivities supporting the defence against infections

Orla Nissen

Orla has a B.Sc. in Dairy Technology and 40 years of experience working in the dairy industry worldwide. Orla has former roles as Sales Director and responsible for large and complex projects in DSS Silkeborg A/S and later Tetrapak, and he is an expert within industrial membrane filtration and dairy technology
